How do I pick an organization to support? When you sign up initially, the app defaults to Peachsaver Veterans Donation account. To change this, log into your account and click “MyAccount” and then select preferences. This is where your Organization information is stored. Click and then select the Organization you would like to support. This can be changed at any time. How do I find a merchant that is donating back and what percent they are donating? Peachsaver utilizes geo-locational technology to list the closest merchants on our app. When you log in, you will see a list of merchants. To update the list, using the menu in the top right of the app, click “Detect Location”. The details of the rewards the merchants are offering will be listed along with the percent they are donating back. To retrieve details, click on the merchant reward profile and the details of the reward, the points needed to acquire the reward and details of the donation and merchant profile will appear. How do I participate on a fundraiser? Peachsaver utilizes OCR technology which allows us to read the details of a merchants receipt. After you have visited one of our participating merchants, simply log in to your account using your device and use the scan button located in the menu bar. The scanner will pop up and using the receipt template, take a scan of the receipt. Make sure that you capture the main details on the receipt to include the phone number, date, time stamp and subtotal. If any of these variables are missing, the scanner will not complete the scan. **Please note that we allow 3 calendar days to upload a receipt from the date on the receipt. After 3 days the receipt will not be allowed. How do I earn reward points on Peachsaver and where can I use them? When you successfully scan a receipt from a merchant, you not only get a donation made to your organization but also earn reward points. The points are based on the subtotal and are calculated at 20% of the subtotal amount. The reward points are universal, which means you can use them at any one of our participating merchants. To redeem the points, click the rewards/merchants profile to see the deal that is available at the merchant you wish to redeem your points. The amount of points required to access the reward will also be displayed in the reward listing. When ready to use, simply click the reward coupon and show to the merchant when checking out. Do not open until you are ready to use or you will lose the reward and points.
